We bring you authentic handwoven Maheshwari sarees in collaboration with Nadeem Ansari, a Master weaver from Maheshwar who runs 10 handlooms with his family. The sarees Nadeem makes in his looms are Craftmark-certified, a guarantee of genuine handloom craftsmanship.  Woven in the historic town of Maheshwar, these sarees are known for their lightweight comfort, breathable texture, and a subtle sheen that makes them effortlessly elegant yet truly regal. The designs draw inspiration from the town’s natural and architectural beauty — with borders and motifs that echo the Narmada river and Ahilya fort. The skill of Maheshwari sarees are protected under India’s Geographical Indications (GI) Act (No. 129) — meaning only sarees woven in Maheshwar using traditional methods can carry the Maheshwari name.
